  • Rooibos (red bush) tea is not technically a tea, because it doesn't come from the tea plant, Camellia Sinensis. It is a tisane originating from South African plant, Aspalathus Linearis, with needle-like leaves

  • Loose-leaf Rooibos tea tastes similar to tea but naturally sweeter.

  • Consume as an all-day drink; as a pick-me-up in the morning; as an excellent thirst-quencher during the day. At night it helps you to relax and sleep well.

  • Serve hot or cold.


HOW TO MAKE Rooibos Tea:

  1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (or tea bags)

  2. Add freshly boiled water

  3. Infuse for 3-5 minutes

  4. Remove the tea leaves

  5. Drink any time of day or night

  6. Around 6 cups of rooibos tea daily is considered healthy
