Rooibos (red bush) tea is not technically a tea, because it doesn't come from the tea plant, Camellia Sinensis. It is a tisane originating from South African plant, Aspalathus Linearis, with needle-like leaves

Serve hot or cold.
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (or tea bags)
Add freshly boiled water

Rooibos contains no additives, preservatives or colourants and therefore, is entirely pure and natural.
